During our temporary closure we remodeled our spa; adding hepa filters throughout, diffusers as well as air neutralizers in our treatment rooms.
For your health and well-being we have also installed no touch trash cans, no touch soap dispensers, foot pull entry, automatic hand sanitizers, touch-free paper towel dispensers, disposable toilet seat covers, disposable drinkware, UV light sanitation and himalayan salt lamps.
Previously offered filtered water has been replaced with complimentary bottled beverages.
Our facility is sanitized and disinfected in accordance to EPA and VDH guidelines continuously as well as between every client. This includes; but not limited to; doorknobs, light switches, countertops, handles, spa equipment and desks
All staff are vaccinated and shall wear protective equipment appropriate to the treatment provided.
Any staff that states and/or exhibits signs of illness have been instructed to stay home and reschedule clients. We apologize in advance for any last minute cancellations.

All customers and clients must show proof of vaccination and/or proof of negative Covid test before services are rendered. Any customer and/or client who is unable to furnish such documentation will be asked to reschedule and a $25 cancellation fee shall be charged.
Clients receiving massage and/or spa services will have their temperatures taken prior to treatment(s). Any person with a temperature of 99.0 or higher and/or who exhibits signs of illness will be asked to reschedule their appointment for a later time.

We value your feedback so please communicate with staff regarding room temperature, pressure, technique etc. In addition, at the time of booking your appointments, please discuss with the practitioner your preference for gentle, moderate or deep massage pressure.
Out of consideration for spa guests, and to make your session as relaxing as possible, all pagers and cell phones must be on silent or turned off.
We suggest that you arrange for your valuables prior to your visit with us. True Organics will not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen merchandise
We suggest that you undress to your level of comfort. A robe and slippers are provided and undergarments are optional. You will always be draped appropriately for all services and only the area being worked on will be exposed.
A skin care analysis is included with all of our luxurious facials. Our skin and body care products feature nature’s most enriching botanical vitamins and minerals, to give you the best results the natural way. Our products are not tested on animals and are organic and vegan free.
If you have any medical concerns please consult with your physician before visiting any spa. Dr.’s approval may be required for Pregnancy Massage as well as other modalities. If you are expecting you may want to avoid treatments using deep pressure and heat. Please inform our staff upon scheduling your appointments if you are pregnant so that we may provide you with special comfort.
Your Next Reservation
It is recommended that you reserve your next service prior to leaving the spa. Keep in mind that we do get busy on the weekends. For your convenience, standing reservations are available.
While outside food and beverage is not permitted, True Organics, LLC provides signature and complimentary snacks and refreshments.
We honor all major credit cards, debit, cash and True Organics gift certificates. Checks are not accepted.

Smoking is not permitted, however we do have an outdoor smoking area for those to utilize.
To maintain a peaceful environment, children not receiving services are not permitted in the spa. Guests under 18 may receive treatments accompanied by a parent or guardian and with a signed waiver.
Gift Certificates are available in any denomination or for a particular service and can be sent anywhere in the Continental US. Gift Certificates are classified as promotional and have a six to twelve month expiration date which will not be extended unless discussed and granted in writing. Gift Certificates are non-refundable, non-transferable and may not be shared, altered or modified.
Gift Certificates may not be combined with other gift certificates or with any other offer, special or discounted service. Gift Certificates may not be used towards or with current specials, store purchases, promotions and/or daily deals. Gratuity is not included unless specified. A printed, hard copy of Gift Certificate(s) must be presented prior to services being rendered. Digital copies and/or emails are not considered valid proof and shall not be accepted. Gift certificates must be presented prior to service for service(s) to be rendered or the client shall be charged the full monetary value of such service(s). True Organics shall not be responsible for lost, stolen and/or damaged gift certificates.

Out of courtesy the staff may confirm your reservation 24 hrs prior at the phone number that was provided when reservation was made. In the event you can not be reached or are not contacted, you are expected to arrive for your scheduled reservation.
Unless stipulated, gratuity is not included in individual spa services or spa packages. A 15% gratuity will be automatically included to services lasting two hours or longer or parties of 2 or more.
Single services are held with a credit card, gift certificate or service ticket number. Please cancel prior to 24 hrs. to avoid a 50% cancellation fee. No refunds.
